I think holding onto that ace up their sleeve really hurt the show, and honestly there were enough episodes that were bland even having that reveal in mind that I hope they can shake things up as well.

I think it needs to be said that Agents of SHIELD isn't a Joss Whedon show, yes, he helped make it, but as far as I'm concerned it's been in the hands of his less competent brother (and wife) from the get go.

I'd like to see the actor get name dropped for a few awards,I think he really upped the season.

I think Bowman's rating system was destroyed by the awfulness that was season 8 (which she gave out a handful of 'C's for), she reset her rating system to adjust for how mediocre the show has gotten, forgetting that the show had an honest and genuine first few years before it went to hell.

I really like how they've had a whole season and a rich plot point (a wedding) to really fill in all the gaps and so far they've given us Robin flying and the last two minutes of this episode.

I don't think they planned for this show to be this successful for so long and had several opportunities to end it, but at some point they sold out their story for the sake of ratings. I don't think it being the best episode in a long time gives it a reprieve from still not being that great.

Yeah, I'm put way off by the ratings for this season. I think the show peaked four years ago and people wanting to reach the end have floated on the carcass of a decent premise, but I'm confused as to who actually thinks this is still a good show.

How do you keep giving such high marks to an obviously horrible season? The Saved By the Bell camera pan? The sake of setting up jokes that have nothing to do with the story like a bad episode of Family Guy?
