Dinosaur Jr "Just Like Heaven" in a world full of amazing J Mascis solos, there is something that he wrings out of this one that inspires me every time.
"Baker Street" the sax usually gets all the love but that solo at the end with those bends!

The middle, eh, "proper"? Solo on One is one of Hammett's best, the way it soars and flows perfectly with the music

It writes out the final words of the death row inmates that have been executed. It runs the gamut from apologetic to defiant to pleas of innocence to crazy talk to no comment.

That, and their last words, are pretty interesting.

I think I got "Screaming Life/FOPP" first (on cassette!) and then "Louder than Love" and then by that point "Nevermind" et al started coming out.

Ha! This is me and my daughters. Those first three movies were better than they probably had a right to be. I think Steve Zahn and Rachel Harris as the parents were a big part of that.
