Depends on the area. Around me, Grubhub just sends the order to the restaurant, and they use their own driver to deliver. In bigger cities, Grubhub drivers are similar to Uber drivers.

Def go with the supertones. Sometimes you can even get the car in front of you to swerve while they look for the source of the noise. I use mine a few times a day just to drown out peoples phone conversations.
