Blindness is the last thing you’d expect to see in a Replicant - it’s a good cover. Eyes were a big deal in the first film - we even met the guy who “makes” their eyes. And he’s not exactly blind - he has tech that allows him to see. We never got to see vision from his perspective, so he may be plugged into all kinds

Welcome to the world of manufactured outrage

We’re gonna have hovercycles and they’re gonna be coal powered and they’ll be the best hovercycles the world has ever seen because we’re gonna make them right here in America. Believe me.

The dog was by far the most sympathetic character.

Do you think Wallace is a Nexus 9? Because I do.

I’m not sure Deckard’s eye lighting was a glitch. Some point it out as deliberate evidence that he’s a replicant. There is an explanation online of how lighting and mirrors are used to create that glowing eye effect. I’m not convinced that it occurred accidentally.

Deckard is a tough SOB but he gets his butt kicked by every single replicant he faces. K let him punch him in the face over and over and over and over. If Deckard is a replicant he’s the weakest replicant ever created. I don’t buy it. It doesn’t add anything to the story. Nothing in the story needs him to be a

I really think that makes sense. And I agree, the world right now if full of coincidences – some trivial, some horrible – and there’s no reason why every plot point in a movie needs to be part of some master scheme. Things just happen and life is messy that way.

My take is that Ana was just trying to get a tiny piece of herself outside that room. She knew it was wrong to do, but she wanted some little part of herself to escape. I don’t think it was a literal escape attempt (like she thought someone would come get her). She doesn’t know anything about the conspiracy and she’s

For me, this is 100% the case. I have read the book and I loved the original release, voice over and everything, so I hate the universe where Deckard is a replicant. The introduction of that possibility just seems like a cheap, contrived plot twist introduced by Ridley just to be overly clever. It doesn’t work for me.

People get riled up because it utterly defeats the journey of Deckard’s character if he’s replicant. Phillip K. Dick wrote him as human to go through that journey and to do so as a result of non-humans who were more human than he was. How does that work if he’s not human to begin with?

Do I really have to warn you about spoilers? Fine. Spoilers ahead.

Ana did. It’s the “putting yourself in your work.” It’s also why she’s sobbing. She just realized her tiny act of rebellion really, really messed K up.

I am imagining you sitting in an office interviewing people about turtles.

As soon as I found out about this insanity, I took steps to rectify it immediately.

And? Roger Moore was, what, 45 when they lensed Live and Let Die, and turned 46 the year it bowed in theaters. Elba’s age isn’t a stumbling block.

Seriously? People haven’t liked this season so far? After the trainwreck that was Hotel, I was very pleased with Roanoke. Evan Peters deserves some type of award for this season based on the first few episodes. Sarah Paulson also deserves alot of credit for creating such a hateable character.
