Wait, I thought I was hesitant to purchase a BEV because I’m a climate-hating asshole simpleton.

I so love the Saab Sonett. I have driven several and want one very much:

Skull and Bones is about to suck..Im here for it

They are installing school zone camera’s where I live in GA and I don’t have a problem with those, it’s a school zone and too many people speed in those area’s.

I’d bet all the money in my pocket you’re talking about Tallulah Falls.

Its a nice way to say fuck cops

Yeah, he’s a halfwit, but sadly that makes him a full wit smarter than at least one of the candidates.

For the love of God I don’t understand why they didn’t include streaming from the cloud. I can only guess they don’t want to cut into their console sales, but for a lot of people, not including the author, this device isn’t useful.

Talk about a throwback

Pretty sure that’s a Lambo, dude!

Piling on: I love my 3rd gen Fit for a host of reasons, including fun.

That is certainly an opinion, but it might change had you actually played his games. Regardless of his methodology and justification for some out-there ideas, his titles are technical marvels and quite ground breaking for the medium. I’m not defending the man, but to put down the games, their footprint on the industry

You certainly managed to draw a lot of conclusions about games that are 100+ hours long without actually playing them, based entirely on very small amounts of information. Clearly, we have found our new authority on the subject.

No it won’t. The $35k version isn’t going to be available until sometime in 2025. That’s plenty of time for GM to either delay it further or change the price. The “cheapest” version (assuming the tax credit) someone will be able to buy in January 2024 is going to cost $41,495 + taxes and fees.

Car insurance is a product you are forced to buy if you want to drive on US roads, the companies that sell insurance are not all that well regulated, and they can arbitrarily decide to jack up insurance rates or even choose to not cover certain car models as seen here. They also do absolutely everything they can to

Even if your car is crap and you can’t sell them, you can still make sure you only build enough of them to meet demand.

The “Siverado” with the mid-gate is a better design, and I’m a Ford guy. I still say they should have called it the EV-lanch though.

Range is king in the EV truck game (I think).

I don’t know if you’ve ever driven or owned an Avalanche, but if you haul lumber or sheet goods (or any long material), I think you’re really going to like the 4 door with mid gate configuration if you use it. Its super versatile.

I’m wagering that a large part of it is simply scalability. I doubt they actually lose $33k every time they sell a truck. The $33k number likely just comes from their revenue minus expenditures divided by number of sales. Meaning, if they sold one additional truck, their expenditure would increase by $80k (or whatever
