You shut your mouth! Seriously though it’s just a wagonized Accord that didn’t sell well. We can’t expect much. I owned a 97 EX (auto as manuals are basically extinct) and it was such a damn joy. Comfortable, meh fuel economy, super damn roomy, and easy to work on (mine had the F22 vtec I think).

The 94-97 Accord wagon gets my vote.  Cheap, easy to maintain, very roomy, and heavily modifiable if you so choose.  Is it the best of the best?  Maybe not...Is it the best of the decent?  Absolutely!

As someone who’s owned two Chevy Volts I concur.  I currently have a 2018 Volt Premium and it’s a car that my friends make fun of until they drive.  Then they’re like “dang no wonder you commute in this”.  Also I’m currently averaging 169 mpg since I bought it.  I fill up the 7-8 gallon tank about once a month (I

Except those are the federal ones.  Everything to federal politicians is a game.  None of them give two shits about any of us.  Locally we take care of our own and the federal govt can fuck off...

Not sure where you get that from.  I live in a pretty rural area in the Southeast and our school system does what it can to provide free meals to kids who are in need.  There’s even accounts the community can donate to so it can happen but as of the last few years if the parents/guardians fill out the associated

I always think the smell will come out of the Wrangler Unlimited I bought as I think I almost got high just from the smell on the drive home.  It’s great until it’s 90+ degrees outside and the weed smell goblins come back out of every nook and cranny, lol.  Doesn’t bother me but definitely not a good time if I got

It’s getting to the point where I won’t know what cars to avoid on the interstate.  Right now I know if it’s a tiny jeep, small Kia or Hyundai, or Nissan Altima to just pop back into the slow lane.  What’s this world coming to?!?!?!

Guy taking it the wrong way for not being invited to the block party...

Yeah...the marriage statement does it for me. I’m almost 20 years in and League of Legends was my catalyst. That game forced me to mature via my wife being unhappy with my time spent gaming and honestly I only play games that I can do twice a week with friends now. Who would’ve known there’s a whole world out there to

He’s on a gravel bike but it’s still really impressive; especially with the likely grade changes they had.  I raced a 50 miler once and averaged 20 mph (gravel race) but it was flat, hard-packed, Georgia clay in a lot of spots.

I’m boring...The Tail of The Dragon.  Not sketchy but the way everyone drives it could lead to it being pretty dangerous.

Electrical.  All of them had an issue where the cluster and infotainment would just cut off while driving.  Third time was a charm and they’ve had this one for over a year now I believe.

Shocker..friend of mine and his wife are on their third suburban due to lemon laws.  He said as long as they keep replacing he’ll keep getting them, lol.  He’s more patient than I.

I never understood it until I started traveling for work to Europe.  I never rent a car.  I get a taxi to where I’m staying and everything is in walking distance once I’m there.

Ah..a cheap but unreliable GX550...

agree it’s business/capitalism but ultimately we don’t have a need for dealerships anymore other than test drives. I could see brand specific maintenance shops but not dealerships.

Dealers getting everything they deserve.  The markups were ridiculous and consumers finally whittled down to the ones that decided “nah...don’t really need one so I give up”.

show us where he hurt you

I think my rough mathing showed I would get maybe 40-45 mpg if I went with a 4xe.  Honestly if they offered it in Gladiator trim I would be more on board (truck stuff) but I may still consider the normal Wrangler.

We’ve done Royal and Carnival.  We’re actually heading out on MSC in three days.  Royal is more kid-friendly and both were fairly loud.  Carnival was fun and more of a party.  Not sure what to expect with MSC but the ship itself will be the largest I’ve sailed on at 160k.
