it's not really grind heavy, the last 5 levels are a grind, 1/30 is quests easily and then once you hit 32 you get brayflox which even in your first run gets you a level,

FFXIV > ESO > GW2, for me, though I've only just started to dabble in ESO.

Just hit lvl cap and then stopped playing when Dark Souls 2 came out but looking forward to moving to pS4! I will have the entire end game + 2.2 content + Ps4 awesomeness to look forward to.

You can make targeting better if you go into the menu_>Character Configuration-> Target. I believe its there where you can filter what your arrow does and doesn't target.

I upgraded from PS3 to PS4 over the weekend (early access win!) and my experience was spectacular. The PS4 version is obviously much prettier, but the most dramatic improvement is control. The DS4 touchpad is a mouse when you need it and, IMO, gives a solid 80% of the control of a standard M&K.
