... What? All of the DLC is just multiplayer stuff, except for Left Behind. And Left Behind is itself an amazing prologue that was entirely designed and developed after TLoU was already done. It’s like a sequel, but telling a smaller story. And it’s absolutely fantastic, you must remember. Best “DLC” in history.

“Annoying” is quite the understatement. Support good, full titles from Nintendo, not these trashy cash-grabs.

The Xbox One doesn’t have VR at all. They have a weird PR partnership with Oculus that let’s you stream games over the internet to Windows 10 (hello latency) and then stream that to a virtual 2D screen-inside-a-screen in which you play in a virtual living room.

Sony have a pretty innovative screen here (dot matrix?), and my hands-on with it felt a LOT less pixelated/bad than Oculus DK2 did.

The Deep. They’ve had it at a bunch of events, though I’m not sure if it is at E3.

Mod support is not Xbone exclusive. They confirmed it for PS4.

lol “Was.”

That was a little cryptic on stage, but they actually explicitly presented the timeline for the exclusivity in all of their media. I thought that was abnormally transparent.

Well, this is quite a rip-off. :

lolol

I’m rewatching the 2014 conference, and sony are actually very honest and explicit about this stuff by comparison. They have s lot of terms like “console exclusive” and “console debut” that are pretty transparent if you’re a gamer. They even lay out a timeline for timed content in their promotional materials.

A lot of that stuff is pretty niche... And much of it pretty NSFW. I can’t blame Sony too much for not featuring it front and centre on stage, though hopefully they get a little montage time.

I’m feeling more optimistic about enjoying Moroheus. I’m looking forward to seeing news for it at E3!

Oh, in terms of platforms, it's definitely a bit of a mess! Well, it was. As you said, it's much better now. c:

I understand if people are confused because they don't own the right platforms and don't read the Wiki. But that has nothing to do with the story itself, which is perfectly reasoned. That just has to do with

Xehanort's Heartless, under the stolen identity of his former master. *shrug*

The New 3DS XL does not have swappable faceplates. Only the smaller New 3DS does.

I have found story, gameplay, production values, and community to all be by far best in FFXIV.

All the time, but don't look to Kotaku to find it. Kotaku has a deep affection for "dem wacky Asians" storied.
