Sweet! I enjoyed the beta and have been trying to be really patient for the PS4 version. I'm not a big PC gamer, even though I could run the game very well, but I also didn't want to get the game for PS3 when I know the PS4 version is around the corner.

I know there is an upgrade programme, but I really wanted to buy

Does anyone here know the last time before this that WoW subscription numbers increased? I am curious, and I know it has been a long time.

I hope Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn numbers keep escalating... The PS4 version is coming soon, so that will be an obvious bump closer to 2 million.

I am incredibly excited about this and hope it sells very well.

I'll be buying it for PS4 the first moment it is available.

Not going to lie... It was nice to see this one release on Android first. I'm not an iOS person.

Simultaneous releases as a standard would be ideal. Since iOS often gets games first, though, I enjoyed that as a sort of light redemption.

They have the best tvs on the market.

They just don't have a large mainstream audience anymore, so they basically just make televisions for the premium market. They make the best 4K units you can buy.

I don't think it would be worth anything to Apple, since they already have the infrastructure themselves.

Apple owe a lot to Sony on this front, though. The Vaio lineup was an early leader in the sleek/high-end laptop business which Apple would come to dominate... The only difference is that Apple were also pushing

I've worked with Samsung, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Dell (blegh), and HP (also blegh) laptops for people... And they all have gratuitous amounts of bloatware. It's an unfortunate industry standard.

Sony laptops were always of better build quality and more attractive, though.

I can't say much for Macs, because I basically

I have no idea where you are getting these impressions...

The PS4 is off to a much better start than the Xbox One, but its longevity is also better assured due to its massive lead in hardware performance, larger set of developer studios, etc. PS4 is where game innovation is bound to happen the most this gen.

In the tv

Holy shit, I was JUST looking into buying Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together for PSP... And here it is on sale. That's pretty bizarre, since the game is old and basically never goes on sale, especially with the PSP being succeeded by the Vita.

Crazy. Well, I made my order! It is on backorder due to limited stock,

Ugh, I don't like paying $40 for this.

Yay, I have been saying it accurately for all of this time. c:

It just made sense to me that way.

That's what I was thinking. lol

Thanks for the thoughts. c:

I'm quite used to checking my hype by now, but I feel totally justified with XV. Whereas, for XIII, the developers and mechanics had me hyped, but not as hyped as I am for XV. I did end up enjoying XIII about as much as I expected to enjoy it, so that worked out well for me.

While there is

I like you, too!

I did have fun with FFXIII. c:

You shouldn't be worried at all! The Star Ocean 4 studio (a third-party studio that is not actually part of SE at all) has absolutely nothing to do with FFXV. FFXV is made by devs Square Enix has to offer, including the best real-time combat designers in the JRPG industry from the Kingdom

Not to be snarky, but they actually revealed that it is an action RPG when they announced it as Versus XIII back in 2006. I'm sorry that you didn't find out until later, and I'm even more sorry that you don't like real-time combat. :c The truth is that FF, being as diverse and old as it is, cannot ever please the

I know it's a bold statement, and I'm prepared to eat my words. I mean, FFVI, FFIV, FFX, and some others are so fantastic that I know I will be talking about them in forty years. However, I think FFXV will be the same, and it is very specifically up my alley.

There are a few factors playing into my optimism:

Tetsuya Nomura is my favourite game developer. c:

I don't necessarily have absolute faith in the franchise (though I have enjoyed all of the XIII games more than some other vocal Kotakuites have), but I do have absolute faith in the developers of FFXV in particular.

I have had Bravely Default's collector's edition pre-ordered since that became an option.
