Stuff like this is very concerning with how much AI is being pushed now. Very prone to errors yet they want to put AI in control of everything.

I was confused as well because I went on there and it only ever showed the basic 360 degree panorama. Since it’s done with support from 3D rendering company OTOY it looks like the fully 3D versions are rendered on the server and then streamed to your browser and so you have to wait for a bit before it connects a

That is a good indicator of how formulaic movies have gotten. The ones that do something a bit different stand out and then there’s ones like for both Avatar movies which were really mediocre for such popular films.

Also, for the board game kickstarters that I’ve backed there was very little development left when they launched their kickstarter. Seems like this had 2 years of additional development after the kickstarter; of course the prices for production are going to change in that amount of time regardless of any unexpected

On the other hand, with PS5 you get all the third-party multiplatform releases and you get some fantastic exclusives.

I think at this point given how things have been going with games published by Microsoft that the issue isn’t the developers making the games, it’s Microsoft. It seems like every one of their developers made better games when they weren’t under control of Microsoft.

Also, anything that could hurt Disney parks revenue will also hurt Florida revenue so pretty much anything he does is going to backfire.

That was the thing that bothered me the most, it looked like the characters play the same pretty much and the open world gameplay is very generic.

That is definitely one of the problems I figured. For it to be worthwhile it needs to be rather complex, but if it’s complex then it’s probably hard to use. And as someone who already does games/3D work there’s no way I’d get too invested in making something that’s locked to a console game.

What you’re describing is how things were basically in the old canon. Kyber crystals back then were just one type of thing that could be used in lightsabers rather than the only thing.

There’s more illumination in dark areas, but the lighting definitely looks better with RTX on.

It’s pretty great, definitely worth going to the theater. It seems like a movie where everyone was committed to making it good.

For PC the shaders that are required depend on your system which can vary from player to player. Consoles are all the same hardware so the game can include precompiled shaders. From what I understand part of this right now is something to do with how DirectX 12 handles shaders, there’s something developers can do to

It seems there are some issues here and there, but it seems like people are painting it as a disaster that’s really just due to people not waiting for the long shader build times. Performance for me I would say is typical, I’m on an RTX 3090 and everything is turned up and getting ~90fps at 5120 x 1440 which is pretty

I think it’s a bit exaggerated, building shaders takes a lot longer than it has in other games and many people seem to be trying to play the game before it’s finished which can result in errors and crashes. If you look at the Steam reviews if it shows that the reviewer has played the game for an hour or less there’s a

From what I can see the main issue is just the shader compilation. The time it takes to finish building the shaders is extremely long even for a powerful computer and it looks like a lot of people are trying to play the game before that’s finished and running into problems. It does appear to be one of the most

Maybe you’ve never used the tools before, but this is the same editor you would use to make a full game from scratch except you’re limited to Fortnite. What I’m saying is that if you have the skills to use the editor already then you’d be better off doing that rather than using this new restrictive Fortnite version.

If you’re skilled enough to use the editor you’re better off making a game with the existing tools rather than being limited by what you can do in Fortnite.

Your video player sucks hardcore

Wow, that really sucks, I had no idea he was even close to being 60 though that’s too young to go. He’s done so much great work he will be sorely missed.
