At this point I’d rather just have my money back from the Kickstarter. I have 0 faith that they have any plans on actually producing the “rewards” that they offered, remember there was quite a number of physical things people could buy and I’m not seeing any of that and it’s pretty clear that the game will never get

Excited for this, the first movie was a pretty great horror movie in general, but the second one they did was not very good at all. Glad to see the director of the first one back for his take on a sequel.

That kind of thing just isn’t that fun for most people, hence why so few game do that kind of thing. Some developers I think just never take a moment to examine things and think about whether they are fun or not. Red Dead Redemption 2 was really bad with making your character do things “realistically” but don’t add

Doors are also a big problem with lighting, since the lighting is so different on one side compared to the other. In most game engines the doors will look noticeably different compared to the meshes around it.

I feel like while the visuals in Quantumania are stunning, as a lower-tier film for Marvel it’s hard to justify the cost and effort to do such impressive work. And by that I mean it’s not one of the big team-up movies and I think most people would agree that Ant-Man isn’t one of the most popular superheroes.

One thing to think about though, games like Xenoblade Chronicles 3 looks better and runs better than the previous game, so it’s possible to get more out of the console given some time.

Not surprising. I’ve been seeing everywhere people tying themselves up in knots trying to come up with some kind of criticism to cover their homophobia. Looks like the most popular choice is to say the episode had no purpose.

That’s got to be part of why John Carmack left, it sounds like they are extremely inefficient. Sure it costs a lot to develop hardware, but they have almost nothing to show for the billions it seems they’ve spent on software.

Same reason I wouldn’t get it, if all I can do with it is use it on the PS5 then that’s not a worthwhile purchase, there’s just not going to be enough games to play on PS5 to justify it.

I noticed the music that plays when they go to bed to die is the music that plays in the game when they see the Giraffes, that really changes the tone of that scene and makes it less sad and more calming I think. Has to be something intentional from them that they knew they could use the music in that way.

Anna Torv is so fantastic in this, it’s sad she doesn’t last as long in the story but she did great with the part she had.

I’d be extremely surprised if it doesn’t release on PC eventually. Later though at a time to be determined, maybe at the same time it releases on other consoles.

And also, tons of restaurants that serve alcohol have no restrictions that children aren’t allowed to eat there.

I know for this case they’re saying it only applies to whether an actor appears in a film or not, but I could see it applying to other cases as well. Marvel often uses deliberately modified shots in their trailers to keep plot secrets or even shots that don’t get used at all. Many other films have shots that don’t

I just thought it wasn’t particularly fun to play

It seems to be shader compilation stutter, whenever you encounter something new where it needs to compile a new shader it stutters. It’s something to do with how DX12 handles that and many developers haven’t adjusted their games.

I’ve been playing some games on Easy difficulty lately, otherwise I would never play them because there’s enough games I don’t have the time for something that takes a lot to get through.

Beat Saber is a must-play, but it’s available on all platforms.

Not really an accurate article title, it’s not being shuttered, they’re just not committing to a release date and they don’t expect it to be a year between seasons which is pretty common for shows like this. The article title makes it seem like the show did so badly that they’re cancelling it or that they’re not sure

It’s more the case that the competitors aren’t making cards competing at that level
