It’s true, besides the bugs it looks really bad, and performance on Xbox One X is pretty terrible. It’s weird because the developer is experienced in doing online games with Unreal, but PUBG is a mess.

Honestly, I think some games are worth more than many other $60 games, think of GTAV and how much you can get out of that and the high level of quality there. But there’s also plenty of $60 games that should be cheaper.
