Certainly. I take it you did actually read my original comment where I basically say that?

Well, I'd be fairly sure of it, but how are we to know? From GRRM's comments they won't be together long anyway.

The sad part is both of those characters and the Martell arc I loved in the books will likely never come to the show, and it's led to me seeing a lot of sad comments from show watchers only saying what bad characters they are.

The show is so different these enormous reveals may not even happen in the books, and if they do, we're not going to know if it has until we actually read the books, so it's essentially not gonna be any more than a fan theory.

Please just let it happen, Doran and Hotah have been so underused in favour of the "Sand Snakes" (inverted commas most certainly deliberate because these book favourites are without a doubt the least favourite characters the show has ever aired) it's not funny.

The casting call for season six for a pirate like figure insanely excited me. I don't care who it is, if it's Victarion or Euron or whoever, I just want them to do some of the Greyjoy stuff!

You read Sansa's story, and gonna tell me that's adapting the books?

I realise not everyone will agree but it brings that quality and other worldliness to them rather than just "meh zombies." Yes, that could be largely attributed to TWD for many- I don't actually watch it- but I just think "Other" is a much better name.

Arianne essentially is a strong, interesting character, and, yes, she's female, which would also please a lot of people. Arianne could have still played into the show with Myrcella and I'm convinced she would have been more interesting than the Sand Snakes.

Quentyn really wasn't that boring. Sure, he didn't reek charisma, but it was more his ties to the rest of the world which finally combined Danerys and Westeros properly that made him interesting. I think he could have been wildly more interesting than 95% of the Martells are, that's for bloody sure.

I'm glad so many seem to realise that. In hate for Joffrey Jack never got enough credit for his excellent acting, and Lena deserves it just as much.

It's often used in the books as a slang term- essentially informal, more simplistic than technical. The Others has a kind of sound which encompasses that eerie beauty they're meant to have.

I don't think so. Honestly, they're very separate now.

It's important as book fans not to be put off the show for changes. I mean, I loved watching the books come to life, but that simply can't happen anymore, and it's better the show just try and be its own thing. Many things are far too different to even be considered a solid adaption now, realistically, which is a good

Oh, true, they REALLY messed that up. I don't get why they left out the most interesting Martell, Arianne, and axed Quentyn, who made the Martell story relevant to the rest of the world. Where's my fire and blood reveal?

I disagree it keeps getting better and better after the start of this season, but this DID get a lot better after the show was slowly sliding downhill, so I'm grateful for that.

Still time to rename the "White Walkers" and reveal their true name for the show or whatnot as "The Others." It's a much better name in my opinion, far more eerie and far less generic zombie style name. In the books whenever someone called them a white walker it always felt like the dumbed down, uneducated version of

Jon and The Wall's story is pretty much one of the few arcs which is consistently interesting in both book and show.

The CGI is amazing and I was much more impressed with the Walker having armour, it made him that much more elegant. I felt that the generic zombification of the Others was a true injustice to them, and I'm glad they're starting to make them a bit more unique.
