Not gonna lie — Voyager wasn’t my thing (it was my wife’s thing); probably at the bottom of my Trek viewing lists.

Not a popular opinion, while Voyager was not a great show, Janeway is my favorite Captain of the whole franchise.  She just has that perfect blend of command and humanity that makes her seem slightly more real then any of the rest of them, while still being an incredibly impressive role model.

I do wonder about the endgame for the pack-the-court folks. Do they think that, on this single issue, the Republicans will suddenly take the high road when they get back in power?

Joe Biden could say he loves abortion because he enjoys taking baths in a puree’d mix of fetal remains to attempt to restore his youth and Jezebel would still be mad at him over abortion because he hasn’t tried to wildly fling around executive power in ways that would be instantly injuncted and ultimately deemed

Yep. I have no issue with people who personally think it’s the wrong choice, but who won’t interfere with my decision to have one. Biden is honestly just fine on this.

This is the wrong take, from Manson on down. Let’s start with this pearl-clutching nonsense:

i don’t think we really know the actual reason why removing shows has any financial benefit, beyond the specific situation of the merger you mentioned.

Yes, expect to find all these purged series on a FAST platform in the near future, where they’ll have awkwardly inserted ad breaks every 9 minutes.

As I recall it was pretty fun. Hardly any of the episodes involved shrinking. They realized that if the dad is an inventor, he can just invent anything and they can build a story around that. Time machines, robots, devices for communicating with aliens.

This is a good time to remind people that there already was a live action Honey, I Shrunk The Kids Tv Series.

Nope. No option to buy it at all .Just nothing at all until the following year when they launched Paramount plus in those countries.

It’s genuinely odd that Strange New Worlds hasn’t got an airing on CBS. It would definitely grow the fan base of the show which hasn’t helped it being siloed off on a definitely second tier streaming service.

This leaves a Murph-sized hole in Paramount+.

Lukewarm take: Comic-Con was a lot better when it wasn’t just studios doing sneak peeks at upcoming TV shows and movies. All that other stuff can still happen and folks who attend Comic-Con this year will discover it’s still plenty of fun.

Both should, considering their international reach and expansion into children’s shows.

Yikes, Discovery is already gone after this season, Prodigy is gone, Picard is already done—-might be headed to another “RIP Star Trek” era.

WHAT. THE FUCK?!?

Is that thing still on?

Why?

Aw. For all that I struggled to get into the show, I’m really sad to hear this. :(
