Well, your questions were directed to a hypothetical Libertarian individual, not a hypothetical Libertarian Government. At least as I read it. What a governing body does in a Democracy is contingent on whether it’s the sole party in power, what leverage other parties may have, etc.

I don’t live in North Carolina so I’m just using my own experience but I think you’re going to have a tough time convincing even people that are sympathetic to transgender people that they have a “human right” to use whatever bathroom they wish when there’s a law that says they can’t.
