Okay thank you for perfectly describing the handling of NFS: Hot Pursuit. I bought the remaster and I still love the game but my god that shit has always bugged me. Like it doesn’t keep the game from being good, it doesn’t stop me from enjoying it, but it’s never not noticeable. I tell my friends it’s like driving a

This kid needs a baseball bat to the knees.

You must mean the most important vehicle in the Back to the Future franchise. The producers spent three entire films of a movie franchise focusing on a time travelling Delorean, and totally missed the star of the show.

If there’s not already a Wendell Scott documentary, there should be.

Right? Some extremely intelligent, talented people have put a lot of time into developing this stuff. Divine intervention played precisely no part.

My issue with halo was that it wouldn’t prevent certain accidents such as Felipe Massa’s incident at Hangaroring in 2009, which is cited as a reason for its introduction in the first place. The Indy solution would have, or at least significantly slowed the suspension debris to the point where it would have caused less

cause it doesn’t look like an open cockpit, said the ancient sticks-in-the-mud.

i don’t quite understand how head protection such as the halo was ever controversial

I can’t stress enough how important it is to carry GOOD uninsured/underinsured injury coverage. it’s dirt cheap, and it will save your ass if you are ever put in a shitty position by another driver. (it’ll also cover things like lost wages too)

You know it is coming in the Ala Grande Culo edition

Needs a wing.

I light search of my local CL shows plenty of decent Toyota’s for 5k with less than 150k miles on them. There’s a very good reason why a 150k Toyota costs the same as a similar 100k Nissan.

+1 for the “Things without CVT’s” blurb at the end.

They are going to go with secret option #4:

Have you never tapped a brass fitting into a plastic radiator housing before? I’ve done this plenty as a quick fix and they almost always eventually fail. Plastic is pretty shit at holding threads, especially with a fitting with different expansion properties... let alone the likelihood of simply cracking.

It cracked

What the owner was shouting: “FOLLOW THE SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE OR YOU’LL BLOW THE TURBOS!!!!”

He should say he had Carlos Ghosn in the hatch

With green fender guards and a speaker making exhaust sounds. Perhaps a plastic cover over the Frunk that says “HEMI”

Not every brand can be Subaru so if this is what it takes to get the other half of the population into more efficient cars I’m fine with it

This some kind of joke? The fact that Canada is the second largest country doesn’t really mean a lot in terms of banning gas vehicles because no one actually lives there. It is as enormous as it is insignificant. Even California which is just a state has more people. France has to be close to double it’s population.
