Anyone who has lived in an apartment building with loud neighbors know how quickly this kind of behavior will drive you absolutely insane.
My dad rents out houses, and so does his brother. And honestly if you have a person creating a large amount of noise, I don’t care how good they are at making their payments or how much money they make. Fuck them. That just makes the place unappealing to the other tenants.
