For documents that I have to get through, or things that aren’t important, I have mastered a great speed reading technique. It’s called the “Don’t Bother™” technique, and it will change your life.

By far my most common text is a single thumbs up. I am not going to change this. If people think I’m being passive aggressive by doing so, that’s their problem.

Isn’t it season 2 that is starting up? I gave up on the first season, but I didn’t think another full season had happened.

First, I would doubt if there is a substantial difference in quality of drivers in most states. Maybe in a state where a lot of people have licenses but rarely drive there will be a noticeable uptick in bad drivers, but that’s about it.

So you stick it to your neighbor by doing something that is unlikely to have results? If they don’t have dandelions in their yard already, then they probably treat their lawn enough that they keep them out. If they aren’t treating their lawn to keep the seeds out, they already have them, and a few more aren’t going to

Is it really a two ingredient cake when one of those ingredients is a premade brownie/cake mix? If so, then I am going to start touting my one ingredient cake. The ingredient is the cake batter that I made months ago, put into ramekins, and froze. I take that one ingredient, cook it in the pressure cooker for 10

While I am a PC and XBox player, I do hope that they still put all of the Zenimax games out on all platforms. What I really hope for, though, is that they use the existence of these to strike a deal with Sony and Nintendo to end system exclusives all together. Maybe charge more on other systems, or even have a six

A true originalist would look at the Constitution, see that it originally had a method for updating the constitution that required 3/4ths of the states to enact, and realize that any duly passed amendment (i.e. all of them) are every bit as much a part of the Constitution as any other part. No way does originalism

Ah, yes - let’s continue to try to put the burden on individual people rather than on the businesses that are the true drivers of climate change. If every individual reduced their carbon footprint as much as possible, it wouldn’t make a noticeable difference without major corporations doing the same.

I think the biggest problem with that argument is that the legislatures of 27 of the 36 states at the time, including the former Confederacy, ratified the amendments. The last four states to ratify the 13th amendment before it was adopted were the Carolinas, Georgia, and Alabama.

How can an amendment be unconstitutional? Once an amendment makes it through, it’s by definition constitutional. So to say that any amendment is illegitimate is simply saying that they personally don’t like it, and when it’s about those amendments, it can pretty much only mean the person thinks that freeing Black

Forza Horizon 4 is going to be my benchmark for the new machine, then. I’ve played enough of it on the XBox One X that I think I will be able to pretty clearly see what differences there are.

Whoever made this knew exactly what they were doing. If he had been holding something else, maybe I could buy that it was unintentional. But not with meat. Meat makes another layer to the joke, which brings it out of the level of coincidence to me.

I swear we just did this one, like a week ago.

Hmm. I’m trying to think of what I have had for breakfast that felt the strangest. I’ve never had a pasta dish for breakfast, so that’s out.

I’d take loses the election, survives COVID with long term health problems, gets arrested and convicted of all the crap he has done and spends the rest of his life in the hospital ward at Riker’s. For good measure, to make sure he is safe, we let pretty much everyone else at Riker’s out of prison since they have been

I generally mix things in bowls with pouring spouts, which greatly reduces any spill over. Maybe a drop or two on the bowl itself, but never have anything get to the counter.

Never had menemen before, but that sounds tasty. I’ll have to give it a go - thanks!

All foods are breakfast foods, if it’s the first thing you eat in a day. I’ve never understood the idea that some things are for breakfast - I’ll eat a steak and potatoes for breakfast, and an omelet for dinner, and feel good about it.

Must be regional. I’m in Utah, and I’m looking in my bowl right now. I started with a variety bag from Mars brands, a variety bag from Hershey’s brands, and a variety bag of what I think of as bad candy - suckers, lemon heads, Tootsie Rolls, and the like.
