The new testament doesn't have a 10 commandments. Yeah, there's the "golden rule" and a lot of other things, but Jesus never says, "Here are the new ten commandments, and this neighbor thing is the second of them."

I realize that he was referring to the so-called "golden rule," but that isn't one of the 10 commandments, let alone the second of them. If I remember correctly, he specifically says "the ten commandments."
