Clearly, for Star Fox 64: 3D, the second image's lack of barrel roll is embarassing for Nintendo.

'Theater' is the American spelling of the English word 'theatre.'

Only the French put the 'e' at the end. I only knew that because I used to speak elementary French. You know, I could say things like, "Where is the train station?" and "How much does that cost?" and "I surrender!"

Well, the article was all about how he took it back...

'Film noir' generally refers to dark and/or cynical themes, not the actual coloration of the film.

Noire is the classic French form of the word. Noir is used as well in both French and English, but is technically a misspelling. A misspelling in the same sense that 'theater' is (technically, according to very old language rules) a misspelling of 'theatre'.

I just mean it would be even worse.

I know. I'm not criticizing them, it was just...a half-serious observation, I guess.

These guys are pretty good at finding vulnerabilities, and lots of them. It wouldn't surprise me if the NSA wanted to hire them.

Definitely. There are many better ways to balance shooters and it isn't invaluable. It just makes players more vulnerable when they shoot, lending different elements to gameplay.
