If I'm reading this correctly, this outage is due to Anonymous' attack several days ago. There hasn't been a new one, but the first attack did enough damage to keep the PSN down.

Well, technically, they only sell each seat twice and then sell the overbooked people non-existent seats. You have bought a seat, it's just a theoretical seat. The normally booked people get the ones that exist on the plane.
