If only there was some kind of way you could perform your own search, you wouldn’t have to be quite such a dick to strangers on the internet.

Just here to say again that I am aghast at how successful Ahsoka has been, and how her character remains the exception whenever I call for existing franchises to develop new frontiers and go beyond revisiting existing locales and characters. Do we need more TNG goodness in Picard? Not really. Do I want to have another…
You don’t need to do anything. Watching and reading extra materials gives extra context, but you don’t need that extra context to enjoy what The Mandalorian or Star Wars for that matter.
You know, it is nuts. Everyone says “low profile tires are required for performance!” Well, not all performance cars have low profile tires. (admittedly, these tire profiles are mandated, but you can’t tell me that your Hyundai with 1" high sideways can outperform this vehicle with the fat sidewalls).
In my day, app was short for appetizer.
Which is weird, because I have no trouble with remembering where they are.
You put out a list of nitpicky bullshit complaints saying that “undercuts” the show, and I’m the aggressor?
Review basically covers all you need to know - Wick killed Part 2's bad guy in the hitman hotel, which he absolutely was not supposed to do, and now he’s excommunicated and every hitman’s after him to collect the bounty. ‘sall.
Agree. And agree.
This sucks! I love this show. And I don’t think it had any trouble balancing the humor with the body count. The only real problem it had was holding on to great supporting actors who were given their own shows.
Well canonically there are Galactic standards of keeping time, including calendars. So they have “years”, but the description is more for our benefit, so that we, the audience, know how long it’s been.
I dunno... I thought Superman stripping Zod of his powers, then crushing the bones in his hand, throwing him across the Fortress with enough force to shatter his spine against the wall and allowing him to fall to his death was pretty grim. And don’t get me started on how he follows that by flying back to the diner to…
Iron Fist was awesome in Luke Cage at least. It’s amazing what good writing can do.
“rushed and sometimes non-sensical story arcs?”
At my Avengers: IW screening, the stranger next to me said, “Still: no thank, you.” after the Solo trailer. His friend replied, “You’re a liar. You’re going to see it.” The stranger responded after a moment. “Probably right,” he admitted, “but I know I’m not going to like it very much.”
I agree with some of what you said but you’re still thinking around the timeline and that doesn’t matter. They can create whatever they want, it’s obvious that a direct adaptation of the EU wasn’t going to work so I don’t fault Disney for that aspect of it. I don’t really care about the movies as much as I did 5 maybe…
I don’t really get why everyone was freaking out so much about Disney scrapping the EU. With how bloated and contradictory it had gotten, it was honestly the smartest thing they could do, and something Lucasfilm alone didn’t have the guts to pull the trigger on.
The apology was next level bullshit. My big big fear is that we have a moment where everyone’s in a room basically having an intervention for Oliver even though the man has done NOTHING wrong. Diggle is spouting NTA rhetoric and Felicity has now apologised to the enemy for.... reasons? So I guess the writers genuinely…
This episode was terrible. This villain is terrible.
I agree they should stop with the Frannie stuff. If not for the reasons mentioned by others, then also because the twins that play Frannie are terrible actors. Every time they appear onscreen, it takes me out of the show and back to reality, because their acting is so horrible. I hate to be mean but there are a lot of…
