If you read "The Writer's Tale: The Final Chapter" by RTD, he admits to rewriting everyone's scripts EXCEPT Moffat's. he said Steven's were the only ones he knew he didn't have to change.

Well, I enjoyed reading it so at least one person cared.
Didn't he introduce himself as Doctor James McCrimmon in a nod to one of his companions from the classic series?
You definitely have a point there!
Yes but Elton likes Leon and is trying to promote him and revive his career so it makes sense that he would want him there with him. I would've preferred Elton by himself (well, with his band, of course) but I understand why Leon was there.
Other than to promote his album with Leon Russell, you got me.
They might be—I don't know any of their songs, sorry.
Thanks Yabel! I love the Ben Folds song off that soundtrack as well although I never really worked out what the lyrics were about until now. I also love the Jamiroquai song and even the Puff Daddy/Jimmy Page song isn't bad. I never saw the movie but I'm a Foo Fighters mark and will buy albums for movies I'm not…
My Song…
…would be A320 by Foo Fighters. Not only is it about a plane crash (I'm fairly certain, anyway) but the end of the song is full of soaring chords which always sound peaceful to me.
It's not like…
…Velvet Revolver is doing anything and he's said Aerosmith was his inspiration for getting into rock and roll so maybe it's time for Slash to repay his debt by filling in/taking over for Joe Perry?
I was actually thinking something similar recently…since Mick and Keith seem to hate each other and the same with Steven and Joe, it would be interesting (to me) if they would switch singers and each put out an album to see what it would sound like.
Thank you very much—I've got goosebumps! I wonder what the spacesuit means—the return of the Vashton Nerada?
The Trailer At The End…
…didn't air in Canada. :( I've read that Britain got a trailer for Series 6 and that America got one about the locations used for the US filming in episodes 1 and 2. Does anyone have links to either (or both) trailer? Thanks if you can help. :)
I'm just pleased you recognize them, honestly. I doubt they'll make the playoffs this year but I'd certainly be happy to be proven wrong. So who's your team then, Fidel?
No love for…
…the Artemis Fowl series?
I hope it's not too early…
…to ask about next year but I was wondering if you'd be covering Torchwood: The New World when it airs on Starz next summer? I've read and enjoyed each episode of Doctor Who you've covered to date but I was hoping you might include Torchwood as well.
On a less-sinister note but equally cynical…changing the TARDIS exterior and the Sonic Screwdriver means they can market new toys so it may have been a question of economics/sales rather than a total repudiation of the RTD-era.
Well, another way of looking at it is that you've already wasted the better part of 20 hours of your life watching the show. If you watch to the end, at least you can see say you watched it start to finish. If you quit after next week then all that wasted time will be for nothing. Now I'm not saying that seeing the…
The FF Drinking Game
One occurred to me last night and I forget if it was already mentioned the last time we discussed the drinking game. Anyway, any time you see the words "BEFORE THE BLACKOUT" on the screen, take a drink.
Well, if you open it up that much, I'll take a CONTROL shoe phone but I really was just riffing off items from time-travel series/franchises. :) (I know nobody has physically time-travelled in FlashForward but information has certainly travelled back and forth so I think that counts.)
