The joke in the UK and Ireland is how your customer service is terrifyingly cheerful; Over here if a shop assistant comes up smiling offering help it sends us screaming for the door.

I watched it when it was on channel 4 in last month but re-watched along with the reviews, that ending was a gutpunch, I'd read Rob Delaneys book and as soon as I saw the character in the car I suspected what was going to happen but still his look of being pure broken.
