I haven't been that invested in this season so far but I was strangely affected by Ray's death. It was very sad and beautifully acted (on both sides) by Ewan McGregor.

ok. likewise sorry if i sounded antagonistic. but you should definitely check out this list. whether it's the 'best' music of the year is obviously a problematic idea but they do cover a broad range of stuff here. sufjan, grimes kurt vile and father john misty are my personal faves from the AV club's selections.
