Thorin, I had a spirited argument the other day about this issue, one thing that was not mentioned in your article(which I enjoyed reading BTW), was the idea of using the phone while charging it. We all do it, but I’ve always been told not to and I was challenged on that fact online on G+. What’s your take on that?

If you are with Sprint by chance, there’s a setting in the phone the needs to be turned off. I experienced the same thing before and it was some weird Wi-Fi connection thing that allows the phone to search for signals.
