FF7 was my first final fantasy game, so it already holds a special place in my heart. Its also one of few final fantasies where i hadnt finished all the optional bosses. I’ve been looking into replaying FF7 and this might just be the kicker.

If that steam review is to be believed (we all know steam reviews are always 100% truth), he just took what he made, and decided to release it in its buggy state.
I’ve watched Kripp for a long time and he’s always spraying nonsense. Just because something turns out to be true , doesnt mean much. Back when he played diablo or Path of exile, anyone who would use a similar skill as him was marked as a copycat.
Never cared for the survival element in games (the food drink cold kind)
To me they are , as you said, busy work.. often if not always feel uninvolved and just tacked on to pass as a survival game. I’m sure some people enjoy a game where all you do is find food and water, but imo that whole idea can go the way of the…
Yeah that’s what i’ve been waiting for. I;m not really into Zelda (yet?¿) So its starting lineup was pretty much stuff thats been out for a while on a multitude of platforms.
Him “rather not” being without Joe’s reviews is not really a “what the fuck” kinda deal. Out of all the crap on the internet, he is just saying he enjoys Joe’s stuff more.
Some might donate, but you dont have to. You arent buying content. Which is what his point was about. And i am willing to bet the large vocal majority is not the donating kind
I doubt anyone would call The Last of Us an indie. Owlboy still is an indie, doesnt matter how long something is in the making.
Loose one turn.... wut
I’ve been trying to look Kingdom hearts for a while.. i played the first one for a long time, but it has one big issue.. and i dont know how to deal with it yet..
Yeah no shit. i remember sitting there in disbelief for a good few minutes :p
I find it quite entertaining how i hear everyone talking about switch ports... Just to have a laugh when i go to a game store and see the switch has only a handful of games i couldnt get on something else (and over a year ago)
Because we play games out of necessity...?
FF7 is one of my favorite games but i decided not to really watch this run because of the 8 hours playtime, and i tend to get a bit bored with it when they go that long. Maybe i`ll give it a go
Yeah, while i did know what bits are because ive watched streams before.. I had no idea what they cost, and just hearing the 5 million number had me react in a mild shock. Turns out it wasnt nearly as scary a number...
I really tried to like 12, but my main issue with the story was that i simply didnt feel connected to the characters. Most of the story was, as you said, about politics.. the war ..i dunno, its been a while :p
What kind of job do you have where you are able to use this without people caring, and also.... what kind of job would want you to keep your hands busy. just wondering, i cant think of any
Historically its not that long ago that women were forced to stand in the kitchen all day :p I know some people that simply still feel gaming is not only childish, its also something boys do. This, while being 100% utter garbage, will keep plenty of girls from either trying games at all, or to be open enough about it…
All these people comparing the price to unrelated things are missing your point here. making a completely new class isnt cheap, but they`ll expect to sell it a million times. dont worry, blizzard isnt truggling for money.
