Comparing 2 games, especially when they are quite different and especially when on different engines just makes a poor argument. I wont excuse Skyrim for its bugs, if there are that many (i wouldnt know), but saying a different game has less bugs means very little.

Haha i use similar tactics. I played a couple of “match 3+” games, like puzzle quest, and from the colors alone there are always a couple of blocks i just cant tell appart. Luckely in most games, they add a way to distinguish them outside of color (like the symbols in puzzle quest)

I’m at work so i cant listen to his rant, but believe me, this kind of behaviour is not tied to age. I knew full well what kinds of things i could and could not say by the age of 10 maybe 12, yet i know plenty of people in their 30s or 40s that let out the occasional slur.

Spore is the reason i dont get hyped for games anymore... It could have been so awesome, but it turned out to be a total letdown. I dont care about No Man’s Sky, but i feel pretty confident in saying Spore was worse. The cell phase i enjoyed and was hoping for more of the same, but after that all you did was dance…

Yeah ive been trying to get my hands on one of these for a while now (not super actively, but still looking around when i can), and them just dropped production when so many people havent even seen one in store yet just seems like a dick move.

I’m sure there’s an audience for this graphic style, but its not me. I feel they are potentially giving up a lot of potential buyers, but maybe im wrong.. maybe thousands of people want games to look like they did in 1990

It shouldnt take me 30 seconds to zoom in on a planet that i just want to scan for some minerals though. Its an absolute pain in my ass.. Takes like 5 minutes to look at 8 planets in a system. I dont mind if i was actually going anywhere, but with a good machine, i dont wanna sit there and watch the same cutscene just…

I would add some of mine, but since im not a native english speaker, the list would be quite extensive :p I started young (maybe 5? on the commadore 64) and most games i encountered were in english, so with games and television i had a 10 year headstart in learning english.

It has its limits, surely.. i can only die so often in a game like dark souls before i have to take a break :P But that moment you try something challenging and you succeed, is what makes a lot of my gaming worth it.…
