Well, there actually is a difference. When you streetpass(or just randomly get out of the web) someone who plays on Hard( like me :D), you can see that in orange letters on their card.

This is correct - and as a matter of fact this is another similarity with Final Fantasy. While some classic entries like VI have every character follow his/her specific archetype, others with more flexible systems allow anyone to be anything. Characters are either totally generic(FF1), generic in stats…
Unless they fixed this for American version - which I doubt - there's another very important tip(at least for those playing on hard and tackling most challenging bosses).
First, it's 32: 4 brave AND 4 actions is 8, multiply for 4 characters. Second, I don't see how is this unnecessary. It's quite the contrary, menus and controls are designed so you only do the necessary and meaningful button presses.
I never even used summoners or conjurers or valkyries, and the game already took 100 hours to complete. There's plenty of room to experiment for sure.
Bad ending is harder to get in Bravely Default. It I involves mashing X for 10 minutes or so. Not only hell of a pain, but you also have to guess when to do it. True ending is the natural one by just playing the game.
There's no way they really needed 5 times, 3 would have worked as good. Same with the sidequests. Sub - bosses start grouping up and make the best fights in the game, but they only do that in 2 final chapters, repeating them in 5-6 is less fun.
EDIT: nevermind, it's already on PSN with release date stamped on it as Feb 14.
Aw come on.
Ow come on. It's still Sonic, all right?
Were there any actual cartoon TV series before Duck Tales and Chip'n'Dale? At least here in Russia there weren't any, and just the other day I read that these were the first syndicated cartoons ever.
I can't understand the world.
The funny thing is that the game is often quite a looker with those hand-painted backdrops. Even with the low resolution of 3DS.
I'm a sucker for good job systems, and Bravely Default has a good job system: like in many Final Fantasy games, you've got your standard classes like Knight and Black Mage, and then your prestige classes like Salve-Maker and Performer. Some are more powerful than others, and you can mix and match abilities depending…
That's also like V though. And base job being Freelancer adds to that, too. Although they didn't make Freelancer such an ultimate endgame class like in FFV, it has to use its job command at all times taking up a slot.
Not all, summons have some weird names like Susano-O instead of Bahamut, but most, yes.
People who complain about second half being 'repetitive' don't know what's good for them.
You'll be done well before completing the game, so do not worry.
I've completed the full game and Norende gear is really useful up to the very end. For example while there are axes with more raw power in the game, one from the village gives +20 agility while being 3rd or 4th strongest. This is a very big deal not only because acting earlier is very important. It also contributes to…
Ummm no. In theory I understand the idea that Yukiko is rather bland, just a pretty face and not much else. But she's hot as hell, so that doesn't matter for me.
