Rovio - one of the good guys? Come on. They are quite literally the root of evil. If it weren't for them and their wild success, modile gaming would have been...just mobile gaming. And not a threat to end all the videogames we've known and loved for several decades.

All these years and I haven't heard anyone from Bethesda try and tackle what is the biggest problem of their RPGs for me.

I find this 'great and vast library' card really overused. Being a huge Ace Attorney fan I was raving about AA5 being announced and naturally got a 3DS for my birthday back in September 2012. Before Phoenix Wright actually arrived there were exactly 5 retail and 1 eshop game that interested me even remotely, and one

If you imply that Vita can hardly be played without plugging in into the wall, that's totally wrong. I have both current handhelds and use them a lot. It's 3DS(launch model) that has battery life issues. It has problems surviving 1 hr train + 8 hrs of sleep mode at work + 1 hr train back home. You have to shut it down

I remember when someone found out that Ukrainian .50 coin worked as a token for one subway ride in St Petersburg and some other major Russian cities. That was like 10% the price and people started bringing bags of coins from Ukraine. Eventually subway had to alter their token validation somehow.

But how many JRPGs does PC have? I know Trails in the Sky 2 is coming to Steam - i look forward to playing it on my Vita. Before that, I remember Last Remnant was multiplatform, but it was rather mediocre. Some other Japanese genres are also console-exclusive, at best they come to PC occasionally like Metal Gear.

Well I grew up in Ukraine in 90s and there where winters when main sources of nutrition were potatoes(grown in our yard), fish(caught ourselves in the sea), and that special Soviet kind of super-cheap pasta that turns into thick grey goo when boiled. Also jam if we had enough fruit and sugar in summer. That happened

Why don't they release a Vita version simultaneously - just like it happened for Dragon Crown, Guacamelee, Sly 4 and some other games? Since 3 Persona has been everyone's favorite *portable* JRPG.

No I don't - and now I feel bad about it!

don't like something = unable to eat it

How in the world can Xbox be a 'she'?

Hey. Orca is actually a dolphin, 'killer whale' is just a nickname.

Yeah, a device to play games in highest fidelity and a nice paperweight that can occasionally run Mario! What's not to like!

Ah, but what if you're already playing a game on a different console, and your TV and AV receiver are already switched on? If you then say "Xbox On," the console will turn the TV off. That's because it's really just pressing the "power" button on your TV's remote—there's no way to tell it to only press the button if

If you didn't own a PSP, Vita is actually better for JRPGs at the moment. PSP back library rocks in that department. Trails in the Sky is especially awesome - and sequel is on the way. P4 Golden, a native Vita title, is also great. Gravity Rush and a better version of Virtue's Last Reward are also not to be missed if

When you pick up an Xbox One this week (or anytime in the near future), I hope you like black, because that's the only colour you'll be able to get it in. Those wanting their controllers to be a little more adventurous, though, at least have a third-party option to spice things up.

Well, yes

IDK, for me consoles are where RTS games belong.

It's rather well-known that female protagonist lowers the sales. I'm not sure if that affected Final Fantasy XIII, but I think I even saw some studies about what it did to Tomb Raider.

The great thing about Vita is that it has a lot of great games for cheap(Trails in the Sky, Final Fantasy 9 and other back library, cheap indie games too) or even at no extra cost(I'd suspect many if not most people getting a Vita are already subscribed to PS Plus).
