Did anyone else get a Doctor Who vibe from the mill house being bigger on the inside and the card magic? No? Just me, then.

I was grinning through the entire first half of the episode just because I was soooo happy to be back in this world with a new story. So excited to see the new credit sequence, hear the new recording of the theme song and see the new Tardis, of course and obviously to see Capaldi crushing it! I can't wait for more!

My most enduring memory of the whole show is that of Sawyer singing Bob Marley's Redemption Song and Michael making fun of him for even knowing it. The hopefulness of it all, the clear sky, the beautiful ocean only for it all to turn to shit. My brothers, sisters and I watched the entire first season in one sitting…

Sad. I was just watching License to Wed today and during the out takes, I thought how much fun he must be to work with. Same thing at the end of every episode of The Crazy Ones. So sad.

Gotta say, I'm skeptical but that won't stop me from seeing it and being super judgey. Unless it's great (which I'm not sure it'll be.)

I, too, watched The Immigrant this weekend and absolutely loved it! That final scene between Joaquin Phoenix and Marion Cotillard was so incredibly good, I watched it two more times and the closing shot is magic. Cotillard did some of her best work and with such a great character. Really good movie.

I'm with you on Maslany, man. What the actual fuck? Seriously, how does she keep getting passed up? She's doing incredible, unforgettable work!

While taking the Readers' Poll, this episode was my immediate thought when answering the Best Episode of TV question. Just a really great episode of television. Really does prove how great everyone working on Justified is.

I've been looking for something to fill the Doctor Who shaped void in my life since I finished watching all of the new seasons and I am still having trouble finding the old ones. I should definitely try to find the audio dramas.

TARDISpoilers: I just re-watched the Bad Wolf Rose episode and having watched The Day Of The Doctor really did put the ninth's (in)decision in perspective. One of the things I love about Doctor Who is how re-watches so enrich the show. Allons-y!
