You can get flora/fauna scanners (make sure to wedge the +2 between other scanners for max bonus) and can make somewhere between 500k-1mil for scanning things on more lush planets. I’ve gotten 8 mil in a sitting doing that alone, and having a small farm I go back to sometimes.
