Not much, at least not recent enough to compare accurately.. I had the Razer Carcarias (which I liked the sound on - were only 2.1 I think), but the headband was very uncomfortable to me. I really have enjoyed the 3D soundscape, and it works fine without 5.1/7.1 support either way.

I’m not sure... They didn’t with the 360 - it is a USB powered headset(the G35 anyways), and I don’t believe the XBOX 360 supports audio via the USB port. XBOX One may not work with USB Powered headsets either.
