I will watch any tie-in to ESPN Ocho. Just sayin'.

I was going to bitch about having The Wolverine and Deadpool so far down on the list, especially just barely above X3 and X-Men Origins, but when you consider how consistently good most of these movies are, and the sudden drop off that happened with the two shitty titles, it's really hard to say the final list is

Hey, I'm down for another Blade adventure starring Wesley Snipes's body doubles and featuring 5 minutes of Wesley Snipes. The last one was pretty fun.

They'll have to check quick. Leave them out too long and they start to age.

So, does everything Bento Box productions touches (including it's own company name) have to start with the letter "B"? Bob’s Burgers, Brickleberry, Bordertown, and Blues Brothers?

Who didn't realize this was CGI? Seriously, I always assumed the ping-pong scenes were faked.

We weren't supposed to, be as long as the storm manager wasn't around, we tended to put in a G- or PG-rated flick — we didn't figure anyone would complain to management about a family friend flick, and it allowed us to ignore the trailer tape/trailer DVD for a little while.

I loved working at Blockbuster, so long as we talk about the usual casual vibe when none of the upper managers were around. Just sitting around, occasionally doing work, and getting a bunch of movies to watch.

How did we figure that Rex Manning Day is in April? Was there something in the movie that indicated it? I checked, the movie came out in September that year, so April seems out of left field to me.

Wait, this movie is getting a sequel?! Ignoring the fact that it doesn't need a sequel, I thought this movie was a flop. Sure, it made (worldwide) double it's budget, but that doesn't make it a "hit" in Hollywood these days.

Burn! Well played.

Remember to kneel before him.

I'd read an article that similarly talked about the 800 Mil figure. It'll cover their costs and give them a good number to talk about when promoting the next flicks. It's not Avengers huge, which is probably what they originally expected, but considering the "terrible" reviews 800 Mil is a great number to settle for

It made over 400 Mil on it's worldwide opening weekend. By all normal accounts, a movie can be expected to make about as much over the rest of its run as it did it's opening weekend (unless it's a real hit, and then it'll keep churning for a while, like Star Wars VII and Jurassic IV). By that metric, even if Bats V

Having seen the movie today (on the cheap, early matinee), I can attest that the whole "Batman kills dudes regularly" deal in the flick was off-putting. Both of these guys are supposed to be heroes, and having him kill (and with guns, no less) doesn't really seem like Batman. That said, they did play up how far off

Library of Congress tries to reboot itself as a "social app", and is then bought out by AOL.

My wife said, upon viewing this, "but I want The Rock to play The Tick," which I had to admit was inspired casting. This guy is good too, though. You know, whatever…

A few articles (this site included) are discussing how the failure of the third Divergent movie spells fatigue for the YA model. Maybe, but I think more likely is the simple fact that audiences got suckered in (twice) by a low-rent Hunger Games knock-off and elected to stay home for the third time around. Reviews are

Waterworld wasn't a waste. Just ask Kevin Costner.

I'll watch the shit out of this. Don't care how bad it is.
