As someone who started dating at 25, whether you want to accept it or not, you’ll need to casually date/have casual sex with at least a couple of different girls.

It’s not one or two MASSIVE things that hurt this game; it’s more like 1000 paper cuts.

The thing is, many people who have historically liked the franchise aren’t enjoying the game. Not only did it not reach the heights of the other 3 big games that came out around it, it didn’t even reach the quality of past games.

If you’re on the west coast (specifically LA or San Francisco IIRC), your chances of being selected are much higher. They’ve said that they prefer candidates who live close to them (probably for expense and monitoring reasons).

There IS actually a stateside variant called Vasalgel that’s currently being developed by a nonprofit outfit called the Parsemus Foundation. They’ve done successful testing on rabbits, primates (and dogs, if I remember right). They’re aiming to start small clinical trials next year.

I was listening to Fresh Air recently - I think it was an old interview with Sir John Hurt - and he made the remark that in Britain, they train actors to go to the character, and lose themselves. In America, they train actors to bring the character to them, and make it theirs.

Sadly most of the voting body doesn’t give a shit about the animated films and 9 times out of 10 just votes for Disney cuz it’s Disney. I’d have preferred Kubo or Moana to Zootopia.

That’s funny, cuz Infinte Warfare was what finally convinced me to try Call of Duty, and I liked it (the single-player anyway). No other game in the series has persuaded me before.

Sure. You can also indoctrinate kids about social justice while they’re learning math, but that doesn’t necessarily make for an effective system of education.

I’m glad that worked for you. Doesn’t invalidate interdisciplinary methods of teaching. You can adequately meet both the core principles of PE and secondary/tertiary social goals.

And P.E. shouldn’t be used to work on social skills, language and neural development? Primary purpose shouldn’t mean exclusive purpose. The secondary skillsets learned through P.E. are just as valid and commendable as the primary skillsets.
