Personally, I’m waiting until THQ Nordic releases a two-pack cartridge like they did with Jedi Knight 2/3 and Republic Commando/Racer. KotOR 1/2 on one cart would be great and I’d even buy a Force Unleashed 1/2 cart if that gets released.

I’m surprised Phantom Doctrine hasn’t been mentioned. It actually incorporates both levels of XCom’s gameplay with a cold war espionage twist.

You can actually plant a grenade on an emergence hole and when the enemies begin to spawn in they trigger the grenade, closing it instantly without the enemies spawning in.

lol same here. I tried so hard not to use any of the fire traps but I was nearing the end of the battle and took the opportunity to immolate Avlora along with a few of her army. I ended up finishing the battle with Rudolph my last man standing after having to take down like two mages and two other goons by himself

The game is slowest at the start where I had like 3 battles in the first three hours and the rest was mostly watching pixelated characters talking.  The rest of the game follows the same format, dialogue, sporadic “exploration” segments, with a couple of battles per chapter.  You are never really let loose to explore…

When the game described her I thought the Decoy was just like an illusion or something that just briefly distracts enemies. It is even more useful than just that. It attacks for not insignificant damage and it’s another body that can trigger/execute follow-up attacks from your other characters.

Games are tested. Rockstar knew what they had stunk and they decided to release it anyways. That’s why they released so little footage before launch.

Any word on if they are adding a Genesis controller icon to the Switch? The NES, SNES, and N64 controllers all have a custom icon on the Switch but the Genesis controller just uses the generic controller icon.

Have you checked to see if the game supports analog triggers with the GameCube controller?  I believe GRID on the switched supported it for analog gas and braking controls

I love that the 2K games are heading to Switch but I have a feeling that just about all late-to-Nintendo ports/collections/remasters they’re going to ask for a full $60 while the exact same game sits on the shelf for $20 for xbox and playstation

Ugh, a Trump victory this year is starting to seem more likely as I’m starting to see more of the “I’m not gonna vote” or “I’m writing in” responses to Sanders losing the clear lead.

The funny/sad part is that, at least that guy, recognizes that Trump’s not actually making a bad situation better and that he’s just spinning, and even that’s a stretch because most often he’ll just outright lie, the news to sound good but they still line up to polish his knob anyways
