They have Black Lighting(CW show) rights outside of the US, season 1 was a weekly Simulcast, but for some reason season 2 was kept until it was over for binge watching, which I hated.

There is no downside for Microsoft leaving it an open secret. Win10 is more windows as a service than a just “the new and next OS”. They can make a lot of money from you subbing to different services only on win10.
