Alien Vendetta, Back to Saturn X, Doom 1 and 2 the Way Id Did It, Going Down, Kama Sutra, Plutonia Revisited, Scythe 1 and 2, Unholy Realms, Valiant and Vanguard are all fantastic WADs - just from the many I've played. Doom is not lacking in good custom levels. :)
