Broadside, not Riptide.

I purposefully bought some morale tokens for my Tau Broadsides specifically because they ran on such a regular basis when their shield drones bit it.

See, I didn't realize it from the beginning, but I started to have a nagging suspicion of it when the game didn't fade to black when getting home to meet with his family at long last. I was in denial for a bit, but then realized that it fit perfectly the narrative arc, and kinda had accepted it with that knowledge.

The Red Dead Redemption scene really hit hard for me. I had really grown to like Marston's character, and then seeing the situation and it's inevitable outcome, and then coming to the realization that this was it; This is how the story narrative for a western goes, is sometimes a good man dies to save his family and

Yeah, that scene was fantastic. I've played lots of play-until-you-die games that rack up a high score, but knowing that this was the end of the game, that my character was unequivocally going to die, actually made it far, far more meaningful to me that I stay alive as long as (super)humanly possible.

See, while I think mindcensor is a good card, to me it seems like it's going to partially foil one search-through-deck, and then continue to do this until it gets burned or killed (and as a 2/1 non-black and non-artifact, you can basically sneeze at it and it will go away). So you have 1 almost-countered spell, a

I'd posted a response after being corrected on the Mindcensor, but I still think Ob's ability is far superior. With the Aven, it basically acts as an almost-counterspell, making one search immediately and those played after impotent. However, that's it, and even then it's a 2/1 white that could be easily burnt or

Ohh, I see. I had misread it as letting them look at the top 4 cards instead if they were only going to be looking at the top card. Still, I think Ob's ability is way better, since it will actually lead to an endgame versus just stalling an opponent searching for cards.

Are you sure you're looking at the right thing? The Mindcensor just lets the enemy player search more cards.

Well, the +1/+1 counter thing isn't unique, but is there really that many other things that ping an opponent for 10 damage if they search their library? That component seems the most useful, and could combo well (Albeit expensively) with stuff that forces opponents to search their library.

This seems deliciously broken. Can't wait to see what the price will be for this one.

This game makes me incredibly excited, as I honestly think procedural generation (Calling it ProGen for simplicity's sake in this post) is the future of large-scale videogames, particularly MMORPGs.

The Donkey Kong gifs take the damn cake. Between this and the steals-the-photo-finish one in the comments, I have dissolved into a snickering fit.

I hate that they still haven't done the same for android :(

Is it supposed to look like this? Because all I see are enormous emojis passing by too quickly for me to make anything out, and I can't figure out how to fullscreen it.

Sooooo...

Agreed. This smacks very heavily of victim-blaming when you focus on the perpetrator's well-being above the victim's.

Avatar + Comment = Uncontrollable chuckling at work
