I drove one last year on a test track right after driving a Panamera Hybrid. The S blew away the Panamera ($150k) in nearly every respect (except maybe shininess inside). If that’s the bar, S earns every bit of that price tag.

Haha. I don’t think ‘total judicial power’ means anything other than having lots of lawyers and staff ready to prosecute. Juries and judges still decide cases. And for non criminal actions I don’t know what other recourse they have. At least for the EPA. And the JD typically assists other branches. (I’m not a lawyer.)…

Frivolous lawsuits sure; ridiculous. But it’s actually a great thing that anyone can sue almost anyone in this country with reason. You can sue individuals, companies, and even the government if you think it’s truly warranted. And if a court aggrees you might actually get something done.

As I’m reminded by gun nuts: driving is a privilege not a right. You can buy one and drive it on your compound I guess though. As long as it’s just you and your 4 friends.
