I loved my Zune 8. That little lasted me for a long time. Then I bought a Zune HD a couple months ago. I feel... unfulfilled. My biggest problem is that since the 4.5 update, I can't play certain audio podcasts (which is one of the ONLY reasons I bought an mp3 player in the 1st place).

I know what you mean. Since the redesign, much of my time has been spent at Engadget. I mean, even before the redesign the Big E always had more news stories, but the Gawker design felt easily accessible to me. And I like the community here(whereas Engadget's is severely lacking). I started going over when [redacted]…

So I guess the Zune HD really was just a test run for a new design? Can't remember the last time I heard anything about it.
