Did the kid perhaps kill the dog after watching the Man in Black drain Hector of blood from the tree?

Never read the manga but in the anime at one point she goes to a data bank to explore some of her own memories that she’s off-loaded. The data bank is administered by a feminine looking entity and there are subtle overtures between the two and a definite cyber-brothel kinda vibe to the whole spot.
Nooooooooooooooooo! The talking tanks are the fucking bomb! They were an awesome example of para-military bent of security forces and they provided comedy relief as well as important moments where they explore what it means to be self aware but human like data on Star Trek.
Um, all three of those are Chinese. Yeah, that wouldn’t piss anyone off except Japan, the series author, the fans, and a bunch of Asian Americans for the sin of the “inter-changeable Asian” move...
Um, let’s not be over kind here. So far, hardly anyone has done a decent adaptation of a manga or anime (at least not scifi, fantasy type stuff. I’m sure there’s a slice of life/relationship/harem/tennis team/cooking example out there but that doesn’t count for what we’re talking about).
You’re a Native American? Respect. Kick them honkies back to the continent!
The main clue against precognitive predestination scenario is that she tells her daughter that her husband left because she chose to let the daughter be born and get Leukemia. She characterizes it as a choice. You can even see her taking a beat at the end of the movie as she’s hugging Mr Physics where she considers…
Kate Beckinsale?
“Some of my best friends are non racists.”
Sure. But ever see I, Robot, any Phillip K Dick adaptation, or Starship Troopers? Vaguely is the new black. But no, you’re right. There was no explicit “Fifth Element” comic book. There just pre-existing elements of stuff (on top of the things ripped from Valerian of course) by a bunch of folks who did comics. Some of…
Isn’t Dumbledore in the first movie at all? I thought he had at least a small part to play (thinking to himself he read it at eye Oh nein).
Ohhhhh foreshadowing scene complete with looming in the foreground sparrow with a kung-fu grip...
Buddy of mine could make a Brontosaurus..
Unicron and Junkbots! (oh wait, they all kinda look like Junkbots...)
Didn’t he get his voice back in like the third movie? Then I think they reverted him back to radio snippets somehow. Very confusing. Can’t muster the energy to care much either.
No no. The rest are more of the same. Smarm is fully authorized.
Here here! She can still rock Matrix leather chic. We should all be so lucky. How’s that whole cloning thing coming along I wonder...?
Well then enjoy! And avoid reading that link I sent you before. If you like sci-fi and don’t come into the movie with any expectations except a loose association to the universe of the first film *(that is NOT explained in any way) then you might enjoy it...
Trollhunter remake killed? I’m kind of glad. It’d be pretty hard to remake that cool of a movie into something American. Just put up with the subtitles because it’s a pretty neat ride...
Sarcasm? Methinks maybe yes.
