if those work emails contained classified information that should have been sent only using government email accounts, then yes, they should be charged as well. But both of them at least used gov email accounts which Clinton refused to do.

To clarify, deleting emails is not illegal, but knowingly removing or housing classified information at an unauthorized location is.

Okay, actively USED and actively CONNECTED are two very different things. If I leave outlook open on a computer that is always on but never touched, it will download emails there but is not being used. If I am deleting spam, replying to emails and sorting emails between folders, THAT is actively USED.

Actually that might not be the case, since other computers were probably being actively used so if people were told to delete something, they would have on their active computers but it wouldn’t have happened on this one.
