First of all, its not a “coin toss” and has not been for some time. Early voting with the huge numbers of women voting shows that in the end, ending abortion rightsis not at all popular with women.

That and a shit ton of people don’t actually pay attention to any of this until the very end. And trump tripped over his

I looked at the Mach Es because we were looking at a EVquinox or BlazEV lease. The local dealers here had 0% promos for purchase as well, but nothing resembling a competitive lease.

Elon Musk? Barely know him. He’s had some tiny success here and there. They’re saying electric cars and rockets. Very low energy stuff. Did a terrible job in Pennsylvania. I never asked him for a thing, he was totally on his own! He was writing checks all over the place and couldn’t do a thing. Tremendous failure if yo

This seems relevant right now:

This. When you can afford the relatively costly maintenance, it’s less about money and more about time. There’s a reason why the luxury German dealers need fully stocked loaners and time-saving service.

The recommended services for the X5 we have in the shop at 40K miles:

I remember when he made the horrible call of upgrading Bluth Company stock to Don’t Buy.  What a schmuck.

Hey we’ll work on your cars, if you supply the best children to build our phones.” Apple, probably.

Lived in MD for over a decade, so I know Sheetz and Wawa well. I liked them both but for different reasons, really. Perhaps it was simply the ones I went to that always seemed on point.

Sadly, that’s actually true.

I’ve said it in other posts, but I’ll say it here again.  Trump gives auto workers the ability to express their racism out loud.  That’s the only issue they care about.

Hyundai in Alabama and recent child labor law reductions in Arkansas have been doing their best to prove that true.

Dear god what I wouldn’t give to see his children work on an assembly line for a couple of days 🤣

I hope that goes into anti-trump campaign ads in every metro area with a large automaker workforce tomorrow!

You’re all missing the point. It’s not “so easy a child could do it,” he’s laying the groundwork for his child labor initiatives...

I placed my reservation 2 years after they announced it. I was invited back in August (way too unexpected). I canceled because I really didn’t plan to buy it at all. I just wanted to see the wait time. I suspect there are a lot of people like me. Especially since the price of the truck more than doubled since the annou

I was one of the morons that put a deposit on one of these pieces of garbage. I took the refund when it became apparent that Muskrat wouldn’t hold the initially promised price, and the quality was going to shit. Then he went all nazi.

No matter what it looked like at the intro, the performance per dollar was amazing

There are definitely already cybertrucks sold in Canada. There are a couple driving around downtown Vancouver, BC that I see regularly.

It’s the ugliest truck, with the tiniest bed, with the most problems... what’s not to like?

If you told me there were only 30k people in the US who actually wanted one of these enough to buy one, I would believe you. The downside of such a controversial design and high price point is that the market base is pretty limited, especially with how unlikeable Elon is these days.
