So far we’ve seen this robot as a guy in a spandex suit, then an elaborate mechanical turk being puppeted by someone just off camera, and now locked away behind glass. But surely it’s not just more vaporware to pump Tesla stock price.

The newest F type is fantastic. It has always been a looker, but the new front end really ties in, too bad they are discontinuing it. I don’t know that I’ve seen more than 2-3 total with the facelift.

If you’re asking me, it’s the Hyundai Ioniq 5. In a sea of hideous shapes with unnecessary creases and curves, its neo-throwback angular design reminds me of some of the great hot hatches from the 80's. I think the wheels and arches are a bit too large, but that’s just the car market, these days.

Miata is always the answer, right? And to me, it’s true. She’s a beauty that’s actually attainable, and she’ll move you in all the right ways. Cold supermodels/supercars never do it for me. I want the girl next door.

The C8 still gets me every time I see one. It’s not my favorite Corvette, but probably one of my favorites on the road.

The Equinox EV starts at a lower price than the cheapest Tesla and even the ID.4 starts at about the same price as the lowest-priced Tesla , going by MSRPs anyway (there don’t seem to be base models of the Equinox near me, but the ones on the lot are also being discounted, apparently).

So, the plus side is it looks pretty nice and is well equipped even at the base model.
