This has also been an episode of: Marcus Smart cannot hit the broad side of a barn.

A rare Saturday 1 pm game on East Coast time will shake the resolve of all the hardiest West Coast NBA teams.

I live in New England and see a decent number of Mazdas on the road. The CX5 and 3 seem to be the popularity contest winner. I would be curious to see Mazdas sales figures broken out by region.

Agreed. All it did was provide free marketing to the NBA for the next generation of stars. It really doesn’t tell anybody much about what kind of player you’ll be getting in the draft.

Poor Mr. Lahey. Reached the end of his shit rope.

My meaty paws demand more sponge for grip. But once my kids are fully trained in scrubbing pots, I’ll be doing this.

There’s always a highlight truther lurking out there.

When I moved to Providence RI for grad school I got some serious sticker shock on the price of auto insurance. Turns out Providence has one of the highest rates of auto theft in the nation combined with a pretty high accident rate. Luckily as a student I could maintain insurance rates of my mom’s home address.

My insurance on two cars in suburban Boston is $82/month. That comes with GEICOS extended insurance for repairs on the newer car. Your accident must have been a hum dinger.

So there would be a slight time delay, but those dealer only cars are going to start popping up on Autotrader at some point. Set those search alerts baby!

Boston/Cambridge here. I echo your sentiment.

I should also note, that cities can be way more expensive than some nice suburbs. Boston and Cambridge prices are out of control. I couldn’t afford to live there if I wanted to.

Crappy teachers are everywhere, so are great ones. But if the teachers are dealing with discipline issues, poverty issues, and English as a second language issues, your kid will ultimately get less benefit.

I work from home and my wife works in Providence, RI. I would love to live in Providence, a modestly sized city with lots to offer. But the property taxes are unbelievably high for the area and the schools are absolute crap. People with high enough incomes send their kids to the private schools and live in the city,

Kyle Orton? Seemed like he really pulled his life together after the Chicago days. Though that’s a different metric of success.

Giannis and whatever other chump you throw out there with him.

I’m coaching 4th grade girls hoops and was trying to teach situations where a bounce pass works better than trying to throw the ball high, in combination with a step out using your pivot foot. Damn it all if the first girl in the demo didn’t nutmeg me with a bounce pass.

The short sellers have been losing their lunch for quite some time. Moreover, the value of the stock price has absolutely nothing to do with the companies ability to make things. His concern about short sellers suggests that the equity price is the only thing floating cash into the organization.

Two years ago we drove from MA to Philly and found the traffic to be pretty heavy on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. We returned early on Saturday morning, but still got hammered by traffic in NY and on 84 in CT and the juncture with the Pike in MA. If those are some of the best times to leave, I really don’t want to

I went to Jerry world for a college game from Downtown Dallas and it sucked. Ridiculous traffic to get to the fucking game followed by obscene parking prices and seemingly nothing to do in the immediate area other than be at the football stadium.
