I suppose that's a YMMV kind of thing. I was specifically referring to the next couple episodes. IMO, all remaining episodes with the exception of 16, 21 and *maybe* 22 (I did enjoy the finale overall) made me want to poke my eyes out.

Lost Girl works better as an ensamble show. You only have to lose by sidelining key characters such as Kenzi and Lauren and yet this episode worked - if only because the tension had finally hit its climax and, well, Bo's motivation were driven by feelings for Lauren.

Same here. In fact, the show nearly lost me in the second half of the season. And I'm a very tolerant person. It was that bad.

Exactly.
Exactly.
Just wait until you meet Nadia.

True. However, cases are rarely ever interesting and serve as nothing but a interpersonal connection to the characters. It is not a procedural, after all. I, for one, watch the show for its various characters and relationships. The "Fae of the week" is usually a hit or miss for me.

Beg to differ. It was easily one of the most important scenes of the episode for me and spoke volumes about Lauren's true feelings for Bo and just how much this Nadia situation really fucked her up. Also disagree about the grade. To me, this is one of the better episodes of the season, easily.

I tend to agree. The writing for Lauren has been completely schizophrenic, to say the least. I often feel like Zoie Palmer doesn't get the credit she deserves - her character's marginalization notwithstanding.

Easily the best S2 episode next to 2.21. FYI, we'll meet
The Glaive later this season.

It was a weak one, indeed. Mostly a filler if not for the very last scene. Next week's, though? One of the show's best, in my opinion.

The Bo/Lauren sex scene was - surprisingly - not harmed in any way. But they DID cut a fan favorite Bo/Kenzi scene in the morning after.
