I disagree. Hand shaking is not about a fair game. At least not totally. It is about respecting your opponent and recognising they played well and fairly against you. It is not his opponents fault the settings were flubbed. He should have shown his opponent respect.

I am playing The Division as well. It has a lot of issues and as far as I can tell for now not enough endgame to keep people coming back. And it feels pretty damn grindy. But I am enjoying it none the less as it is still fun and I feel as though I have a multitude of ways of beating each mission.
