You've cracked the code! I clicked on this link because I thought it was going to be announcing an update in DC's movie slate, and that is 100% not what this is.

I'm still only three episodes into Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, but I'd heard the ratings were terrible so I'm very relieved to hear the CW is sticking with it. I really dig it so far, and I'm looking forward to getting caught up.
Farewell to the only thing I watch on E!
I just watched this episode last night, and I agree: A. I came here expecting to read a fawning AV Club review, and was a bit surprised. Only two episodes in and I think this is one of the funniest shows on TV. Can't wait to watch more.
A special guest, from when they used to have stand-ups and magic acts like Penn & Teller show up and just do their act. I don't think he was ever in any sketches.
Just listened to a couple random stand-up clips because I don't know who Jonah Ray is and they are not only not my style of humor, but seem kinda hostile and cynical in a way I wouldn't expect from an MST3K host. But maybe I've found bad clips? Anyone want to recommend the best of Jonah Ray's stand-up?
That would make me really, really happy.
I'm not sure if your comment is pro- or anti- Pete Holmes, but now that you mentioned it I think he'd make a good host.
I don't know who Jonah Ray is but I am certainly familiar with the works of Mr. Joel Hodgson. He was SNL a few times and he does a voice on Steven Universe. Duh!
Agreed. I typically don't read this feature, and only clicked on this one because I had no idea how anyone could say this song was slut-shaming.
Yup, I have struggled with this as well. The "fear of missing out" is strong with me. But I'm working on it, and have managed to quit several TV shows this year after just 1 to 3 episodes instead of trying to watch an entire season, and I've recently decided to stop reading a handful of comic book series.
I haven't listened to WTF in a few years, but I'll definitely download this. Thanks for making me aware of it!
Good stuff. One of the only film soundtrack albums I've ever purchased. I think it's just RUSHMORE and MAGNOLIA.
I saw Enter the Void after it was highly recommended by a podcast I used to follow, and boy I can't imagine hating a movie more than I hated that one. Simply awful.
I saw The Shining miniseries when it originally aired (so I guess I was around 16) and enjoyed it. Haven't read the book. Finally watching the Kubrick movie early this year and I thought it was fine, but flawed. Yes it's visually stunning but I care more about characters and plot, and I think it drops the ball a bit…
I was very disappointed in this. The writing was poor, the voice-acting was clunky, and the distribution method — a five-minute "episode" every week — was terrible. I'm all for diversity, but that doesn't give this product an excuse to feel as tossed-off as it did.
The Wolf of Wall Street is better than Goodfellas, Taxi Driver, or Raging Bull.
I always thought it would be fun to make three different TMBG mixes as sort of a series of introductions to my favorite band:
"Well, believe it or not, tomorrow I'm taking off on a Star Wars cruise. We have Star Wars conventions that now float. We're sailing from San Pedro, and we're going through the Panama Canal."
"CARRIE UNDERWOOD!!"
