I was skeptical but I can see how much work they’ve put in for this update. Still, I don’t really see a fix to the flaw in the fundamentals of the game. There’s really no clear point or drive to keep going. Base building looks fun but what exactly do I do with it?

Base Building on a game that urges you to go planet to planet constantly and be on the move? Hah

I love how Sony just threw Hello Games under the bus the second the negativity started.  

Wasn’t the game already survival? I know having to refuel everything every 30 seconds drove me nuts. Can’t imagine wanted to do whatever this survival does.

I bought this launch week knowing full well what I was getting. The reviews were out and I was happy with what it was. I feel like if this hadn’t had the crazy hype train it did up to launch its reception would have been much warmer. I haven’t played in a bit due to destiny taking over my life again for a while but…

Even if the patch adds more stuff, I don’t think it will add many more layers of depth to the game which is what the game is lacking. I’d rather wait for a few more patches and see if there are any substantial improvements.
